We are a team of three founders dedicated to improving personal style through technology. We constantly update our models, which means the Service may change or evolve without prior notice.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
A. Your Content
You retain all rights to the images and data you upload to Almen. However, by uploading content, you grant Almen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content specifically for the purpose of operating the Service, providing you with feedback, and improving our AI models.
B. Our Content
The Almen service, including but not limited to our AI algorithms, logo, visual design, code, and text, is the property of [Almen Technologies Pvt. Ltd.] and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of India and foreign countries.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
- To upload images of other people without their explicit consent (this includes "deepfakes" or non-consensual imagery).
- To upload content that is illegal, pornographic, threatening, or harassing.
- To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
- To use our recommendations to harass or bully others based on their appearance.
5. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer
Fashion is subjective. The feedback provided by Almen is generated by Artificial Intelligence based on patterns and data.
- Almen does not guarantee that following our advice will result in social approval, professional success, or specific dates.
- The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the AI analysis will be error-free or 100% accurate regarding fabric identification or fit.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Almen, its founders, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
